Trinity
The photograph is almost 3 years old and has being lying in the archive. At the time of shooting it, this was somewhat of the effect that I had in mind, but did not get around to actually processing it since I was caught up with HDR then.
After tinkering around with it in post-production, I think I've finally got the effect I was looking for...

The Owl in the Tree
It was a sunny Sunday in Goa and while relaxing at the Gen's place, Faye spotted this little owl in the tree outside. At first, it was inside the hollow of the tree. A quick shot with the Sony at full zoom showed that it was looking straight back at us O_O. Anyways, what followed was a quick photoshoot of the owl, during which it eventually came out of the hollow to look at what was happening. Finally, with the arrival of Raoul and Jojo, it disappeared (I'm guessing it retreated to the back of the hollow). Here are the photos...

Kala Ghoda Festival 2011
Another year, another Kala Ghoda Festival. This time, we decided to check out the dance shows that were put up (we still have to do the whole walk around the festival thing). We had aimed to get this show Lindy Hop (Tim Collins and Malou Meyenhofer) and Veve Belly Dance (Smita Mohan Kadam and Yagna Chheda), which was held at the Horniman circle gardens (on 7th Feb).
The venue was packed even though it was a weekday but Faye and me managed to get some space to stand without too many heads in the way. The previous performance had been delayed, so she snapped some photos of that. We hadn't carried the H2 (Faye weilds this one like a pro), so we had just one camera between us, which we ended up switching between the two of us. Without further ado, here are the photos...
